Vodafone UK had several highly tactical design projects running at the same time but with no unified, easy to understand proposition. In all this flurry of activity, the customer’s point of view had been firmly forgotten. We focused on clarifying a single customer proposition that customers would actually relate to, together with a revitalised brand language for use online.
